Yes! Oltera in SoEast is a great place for pet owners.
We ask that you have no more than 2 pets living with you in your apartment, and we do have certain breed restrictions.
• Pet owners will also need to pay a one-time pet fee of $400 and $20/month in pet rent (billed automatically through our Resident Portal).
