How do I pay rent?
Rent is billed each month through the online Resident Portal. Simply login to your account to view your account statement and make a payment.
I need maintenance in my apartment. Who do I contact?
Maintenance requests should be made online through our Resident Portal. Login to your account and use our simple work order form to request maintenance! Or, for emergency maintenance requests that need immediate attention, please call (512) 912-7661.
Is Oltera in SoEast pet-friendly?
Yes! Oltera in SoEast is a great place for pet owners. We ask that you have no more than 2 pets living with you in your apartment and we do have certain breed restrictions. Pet owners will also need to pay a one-time pet fee of $400, and $20/month in pet rent (billed automatically through our Resident Portal).
Does Oltera in SoEast have Google Fiber?
We do! Our residents love having reliable Google Fiber internet available throughout our community.
How do I use Oltera in SoEast’s lifestyle perks like pet care and housekeeping services?
Oltera in SoEast has partnered with Spruce to offer a full concierge service for all residents. Spruce provides a variety of services such as housekeeping, pet care, and laundry services. Simply download the Spruce app and search for Oltera in SoEast!
Is Oltera in SoEast a brand new community?
Oltera in SoEast implemented extensive renovations and remodeling in 2021 to bring modern style, added amenities, and in-demand floor plan layouts to our amazing SoEast location. Although elements of our community predate these recent renovations, Oltera in SoEast has a brand new feel that you will love.
Are there things to do in the neighborhood?
Oltera in SoEast places you near some of Austin’s most desirable entertainment destinations. Cross over IH35 and you’ll be on South Congress in no time where you can enjoy a nice Mediterranean meal at Abba or delicious sushi at Neighborhood Sushi. Just north of our East Oltorf community is both Downtown Austin and East Austin where you will find a variety of shops, bars, restaurants, and coffee shops. Looking for a great workout? The Lady Bird Lake Hike & Bike Trail is just 2 miles away!
